Attorney’s Search Order

An Attorney Search is a title examination of the subject premises for a period of at least 10 years. The completed search will include abstracts of all: Deeds, easements, agreements, covenants and restriction, as well as open mortgages that affect the subject premises and that have been recorded in the specific County Clerk’s offce with the relevant time period. The report includes a real estate tax search.
